How your session works.

- Bring your laptop and one example.We’ll meet by video and work together. Use anonymized or fictional material.
- Build, try it, and make it yours.We’ll work through the task, test what we can, and note what still needs checking or setup.
What to have ready
- Access to the tools you want to use, with any required employer permission.
- For Claude Code or Codex: an active account you can sign in to, and permission to use it on the laptop you’ll bring.
- One anonymized or fictional example of the task.
- Your goal in plain English. You don’t need a technical brief.
Software subscriptions and usage are separate. Please don’t put confidential records, passwords, or API keys in the booking form.

A few practical questions.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. We can start with setup and a first task. Tell me what you already use so we can spend the hour at the right level.
Can we do this with the tools I already have?
That is our starting point. Some tasks need a paid subscription or permissions from your employer. Have access to your existing tools ready; software costs are separate.
Will we automate my whole recruiting desk?
We’ll focus on one task or setup goal. The hour may cover setup or a partial prototype. A full desk overhaul or completed production integration is not included. Post-session support is not included.
Can we automate candidate screening?
Not in this session. We’ll work on setup, research, briefs, and drafts you review. Automated screening, scoring, or hiring decisions are outside its scope.
Should I send candidate or client records?
Use an anonymized or fictional example for the session. Please don’t put confidential records, passwords, or API keys in the booking form.
What happens if the task is too large?
We’ll narrow the goal and make the remaining work clear. You keep the materials and notes from the hour, including what still needs testing or setup.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Within 24 hours, you may reschedule once; no refund is available. A session rescheduled within 24 hours remains nonrefundable. No-shows are nonrefundable. If Jason cancels, choose a full refund or a new session time. Cancel or reschedule with the link in your calendar invitation, or email jason@runretained.com.
