How we handle
your details.

When you submit a search inquiry, you provide your name, work email, company, hiring role, selected service, and a short description of the help you need.

The form sends those details to RunRetained through our website hosting and email delivery providers, Vercel and Resend. Jason receives the inquiry at jason@runretained.com so he can respond. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or create a paid engagement.

The inquiry form does not upload files or ask for candidate records. Please keep sensitive candidate information and confidential company materials out of the first message. We can agree an appropriate sharing arrangement during the next conversation.

RunRetained retains the resulting email correspondence for handling the inquiry and any subsequent engagement. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing jason@runretained.com. Some records may need to be retained for an existing engagement or other obligations.

The form uses an anonymous request identifier to prevent duplicate deliveries when a request is retried. Hosting and email providers process operational records to run their services. This search inquiry form has no separate customer database and does not store a draft of your message in browser storage.
