How we handle
your details.

When you submit a search inquiry, you provide your name, work email, company, hiring role, audience, selected support, and a short description of the help you need.

The form sends those details to RunRetained through our website hosting and email delivery providers, Vercel and Resend. Jason receives the inquiry at jason@runretained.com so he can respond. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or create a paid engagement.

The inquiry form does not upload files or ask for candidate records. Please keep sensitive candidate information and confidential company materials out of the first message. We can agree an appropriate sharing arrangement during the next conversation.

RunRetained retains the resulting email correspondence for handling the inquiry and any subsequent engagement. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing jason@runretained.com. Some records may need to be retained for an existing engagement or other obligations.

The form uses an anonymous request identifier to prevent duplicate deliveries when a request is retried. Hosting and email providers process operational records to run their services. This search inquiry form has no separate customer database and does not store a draft of your message in browser storage.

We use Vercel Web Analytics on supported public pages to measure aggregate visits. Inquiry content is not sent to analytics. Page URL query strings and fragments are removed; workspace pages and unrecognized routes are excluded.

Booking and session details

Booking is handled through Calendly, with payment through Stripe for LaBarbera Group Inc. Your name, email, chosen time and booking answers help Jason arrange and prepare for your session. Calendar invitations come from jason@t3.am, with video meeting details through Google Meet.

Jason uses booking details, session materials and payment records to deliver the session and handle related questions. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not on this website. Please keep candidate or client records, passwords and API keys out of the booking form and use anonymized or fictional examples during the session.

For access, correction or deletion requests about your session records, contact jason@runretained.com. Some engagement and payment records may need to be retained for other obligations. Providers process records under their own privacy notices: Calendly, Stripe and Google (Calendar and Meet).

Recording or AI transcription requires your agreement before it starts. Any use of your name, screenshots or session content in marketing requires separate permission.

Booking answers and payment details are not sent to website analytics. Links to the booking page carry only a limited set of campaign labels and non-personal video IDs, to help understand which published videos lead to bookings.

Free pilot

Free diagnosis: privacy and browser access

This free pilot is separate from submitting a search inquiry or buying a paid service. The initial diagnosis uses rules in your browser. Saving stores your hiring brief, answers and feedback on RunRetained's server. Jason may read saved work to support you and improve the product. Aggregate usage analytics do not include form text.

Your browser cookie provides access for up to seven days. Lost or expired cookies have no recovery path. Saved work remains on our server after expiry; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Request manual removal at jason@runretained.com. A saved support code, company label and approximate date help us locate the workspace; we may need to confirm the right work. This code cannot restore access. There is no self-service deletion.

Use a non-identifying company label and a generalized role/outcome. Leave the website blank for a confidential hire, and omit names or sensitive unannounced business, customer or financial details. The diagnosis does not conduct external research or contact candidates.

Optional RunRetained-sponsored research is currently paused pending provider agreement review. If it becomes available, the pilot explains the provider, the information shared, known retention limits and separate approval before any research call. Research examples are for calibration and are not assessed, available or interested candidates. Paid services have a separate agreement and delivery/access process.
