Search Calibration Sprint $5,000
Role brief, interview criteria, market tradeoffs, and example profiles to test the direction. This does not include a contact-ready slate. Prospect research and outreach are separate.
Research $10,000 additional
The research stage after calibration: market mapping, prospect research, and an agreed handoff. Standalone research requires review of your existing brief and an agreed scope.
Calibration + research: $15,000. Full search: $30,000, including a separate $15,000 execution stage. Payment is due before each stage. You can stop after a stage and keep the completed work you bought.
